Contractor and Visitor Requirements: The FDA is no longer requiring contractors and visitors to complete a Certification of Vaccination Form or have proof of a negative COVID-19 test when entering FDA facilities. HOWEVER, NCTR facilities are located within Jefferson County, of which COVID-19 rating is currently HIGH/RED STATUS.
