Saving Project...

Renovation of a transportation facility in Ghent, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 98,000-square-foot transportation facility.

This project generally includes the rehabilitation of approximately 98,000 SF of the existing Runway 3 End and the associated taxiway pavement. The project includes the milling, asphalt overlay, grooving and remarking of the Runway 3 End and the associated partial parallel taxiway. The project will be bid as a Base Bid Project. Federal and NYS Prevailing wage rates apply. Contractors must be bonded and insured to the level indicated in the Contract Documents. A Federal DBE participation goal is included in the Contract. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price (combination of base bid or alternate bid plus add-on items) for the contract in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Preparation of Proposal. The right is reserved to waive any informalities in the bid and to reject any and all bids.
