The Board of County Commissioners of Garrett County, Maryland will accept sealed bids for roof replacement at the Crellin Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 237 West Ashby Ellis Road in Crellin, Maryland. The work includes removing the original roof down to the sheeting and replacing with a new shingled roof as specified. The Board of County Commissioners of Garrett County, Maryland reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to cancel this invitation to bid and to waive technicalities in any part deemed to be in the best interest of Garrett County. A representative of the Department of Public Works Utilities Maintenance Division will conduct periodic inspections of the project. Upon completion, Contractor is required to contact Brian King of the DPU Maintenance Division at (301) 616-4168 to schedule an inspection.
