The Nyack Union Free School District, Nyack, New York, in accordance with Section 103 of Article 5-A of the General Municipal Law, hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for: District Wide Professional Carpet, Tile and Flooring Replacement Services 2022 - 2023 School Year The Nyack Union Free School District is soliciting sealed bids from reputable and qualified firms to provide District Wide Professional Carpet, Tile and Flooring Replacement Services for the 2022 2023 School Year on an as-needed basis to begin on July 1, 2022. All parties interested in submitting a proposal may register with the District by submitting their intent to bid, along with their email address, to Mirna Franco at: mfranco@nyackschools.org. Any questions regarding this bid must be emailed to Mirna Franco at mfranco@nyackschools.org prior to 4:00 P.M. February 3, 2022. Any such questions will be answered via email, with copies to all interested bidders who have registered their email address with the District. Responses to questions will be emailed no later than February 4, 2022. No telephone inquiries may be entertained. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check payable to Nyack Union Free School District or by a bid bond, conditioned as set forth in the Bidding Procedures and Requirements. In addition, the District reserves the right to consider the financial responsibility and specific qualifications, as set out herein, of the prospective bidder in its evaluation of the bids and award of the contracts.
