Hodges Construction, Inc., awarded amount is $113,098.85.** This work consists of constructing a building pad, the installation and connection of utilities, earthwork, sidewalk, seeding, and related items located at Elvis Presley Lake in Tupelo, MS. Definite quantities to be bid are specified in the Contract Documents. Each bid submitted must be marked on the outside "Bid for Elvis Presley Lake Restroom". Any bid in excess of $50,000 must contain on the outside of the envelope the contractor's current certificate of responsibility number, and no bid shall be opened or considered unless this number appears on the outside of the envelope or unless a statement is included on the outside of the envelope indicating that the bid enclosed does not exceed $50,000. A satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an accepted Surety, a certified check, or bank draft payable to the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks, on negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), shall be submitted with each bid in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid.
