Site work and paving for a road / highway in Dunkirk, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
**As of April 8, 2022, this project has been awarded to Lake Shore Paving Inc and the awarded amount is $1,424,511.63.** The project calls for the construction on Lake Shore Drive between Main Street(Rt. 60) and Brigham Road to include separated bike lanes, medians, curbing and green infrastructure with pedestrian refuge islands work from the edge of the outside travel lane to new curb and sidewalk where lanes will be placed. All work to be designed will need to utilize the NYSDOT Highway Design Manual and meet NYSDOT standard specifications Each bid shall be accompanied by a deposit in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the total base bid in the form of a Certified Check, Bank Draft, or Bid Bond. Cash will not be acceptable as a deposit.
