Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Bath, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The overall scope of this project includes: A) Site Demolition & Earthwork B) Concrete C) Masonry D) General Trades E) Plumbing & Mechanical F) Electrical G) Ornamental Fences & Gates All bidders are required to be pre-qualified prior to award of contract (not prior to bidding). All questions during the bidding period shall be referred to Brian Moore at Moore Trosper Construction Company at bmoore@mooretrosper.com. RFI's must be submitted by 4:00 pm on February 9, 2022. Absolutely no direct contact with the Architect or Owner will be permitted. Any bidder wishing to be on the bidders list for this project please send an e-mail to Moore Trosper Construction Company at info@mooretrosper.com. The requirements for bidding this project in addition to the above referenced items are: A bid bond will be required (5% of total bid). Ability to provide a bond for 100% of the amount of each bid. Pay applications per AIA documents. Pre-qualification includes a review of financials, safety records and law suits, and an interview of the two (2) low bidders from each category
