The Retirement Systems of Alabama is seeking proposals from qualified Architectural and Engineering Firms to provide professional design services. Projects may include, but is not limited to, tenant improvements/renovations/new construction. Furnish the following general services in association with the tenant improvements/renovations for the Retirement Systems of Alabama: o Space Planning o Architectural Design/Code Compliance o Mechanical Engineering o Plumbing Design o Electrical Engineering o Fire Protection Performance Specification o Interior Design o Bidding and Construction Administration Services o Structural Engineering Services, if required by the scope of the tenant improvements o BOMA documents and records per floor Interested firms must submit qualifications in triplicate on GSA standard form 330 with any other relevant information.
