For Design for a New Metro Water Services Business Center (A&E) The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is seeking an architectural design team to develop a design for a new LEED Gold Certified Business Center for the Metro Water Services (MWS) Department. The center shall include Administrative Offices and a new Meter Shop/Warehouse to be located at 1601 3rd Avenue North. Design shall include the demolition of the existing Customer Service Building located at 1700 3rd Avenue North and the Administration Building located at 1600 Second Ave North. Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Percentage Goal: 7 % Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) Percentage Goal: 7 % The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
