The contractor shall be required to provide labor, supervision and project management for the scope of work described herein. The contractor shall furnish all material not supplied by the company, labor, tools, equipment and services to provide passyunk main office bldg roof replacement at passyunk plant, as detailed herein and on the spec 3068. Questions Concerning This Request for Quotations Shall Be Directed in Writing to Pgw Via online by February 25, 2022 at 2pm. 5-10% Mbe and 5-10% Wbe Any Questions Regarding Pgws Supplier Diversity Program and the Assigned Goals to This Rfq, Please Contact Craig Campbell via Email at Craig.campbell@pgworks.com. The basis of award is based on lowest responsive and responsible bidder. All contractors must adhere to all requirements and standards that have been outlined in the attached detailed Scope of Work/Specification and all other supporting documentation pertaining to this project. All contractors must meet the specified requirements set forth in the Insurance Specification attached hereto. Evidence of current insurance coverage is to be submitted with your bid submission. This project is subject to the Performance Bond and the Labor and Material Payment Bond, each at 100% of the awarded contract amount.
