Site work for a water / sewer project in Lynn, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes the installation of approximately 1,003 Neptune T-10 water meters and meter interface units (MIUs). Meters and MIUs will be furnished by LWSC. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be received in writing by CDM Smith at least ten days before the date set herein for the opening of bids. Questions shall be directed to Ms. Lauren Kershaw of CDM Smith's Providence office, email:kershawlc@cdmsmith.com, telephone: 401-457-0325. A pre-bid conference is not contemplated for this Work. The undersigned further agrees to pay OWNER, as liquidated damages, $500 per day for each calendar day beyond the Contract Time Limit or extension thereof that the Work remains incomplete, in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
