Renovation of a municipal facility in Lewes, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project generally consists of the rehabilitation of the toll plaza canopy roofs and facia and the purchase and installation of new signage at both Cape May-Lewes Ferry terminal locations. The Cape May terminal is located in Lower Township, New Jersey and the Lewes Terminal is located in Lewes, Delaware. Work at both project sites includes demolition, structural steel framing, EPDM roofing, sheet metal flashing and trim, signage installation, electrical work, and other architectural renovations.
