Site work and renovation of a civil project in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Major components of the Work include: Remove pumping equipment, rehabilitate well, and repair/replace equipment at three (3) wells (Well Nos. 8, 9, & 20) with vertical turbine pumping equipment. Well 8: 540 feet deep, pump setting 210 feet below grade. Well 9: 455 feet deep, pump setting 250 feet below grade. Well 20: 135 feet deep, pump setting 90 feet below grade. Add/upgrade Process instruments to City uniformity standards at each well. Downhole pressure transducer with I/O (PMC). Digital pressure gauge with I/O (Rosemount). AVK Swing Check Valve (Well 9 & Well 20). Smooth nose sample tap. Clean and paint process equipment and piping. Remove existing and install new pump discharge piping for Booster Pump No. 6 and add/upgrade process equipment to the City uniformity standards. Update process piping configuration as shown in the drawings. Pratt Swing Check Valve. Add Butterfly Valve. Magnetic Flow Meter with I/O (Badger). New Air Release Valve. Smooth nose sample tap. Digital pressure gauge with I/O (Rosemount). Maintain/Replace 5,000 gpm High Service Pump No. 6. Existing discharge head to be reconditioned. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A Contractor responding to these Bidding Documents must submit to the City/Owner a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. This Work shall be subject to minimum wages and labor standards in accordance with State of Minnesota.
