Additional scope includes cooling tower platform upgrade, gym lighting replacement, gym ceiling upgrade, painting, and new CCTV & Intrusion Detection System. The work includes gypsum board, doors and hardware, plumbing fixtures, cabinet unit heaters, roofing, paint, new epoxy floor finishes and LED lighting.
