Description NOTICE OF PUBLIC CALL FOR TENDERS # PRMI- 073-1316 PROJECT : Project title: Replacement of interior fittings (hutches, gymnasium and lighting) Institution: Du Bois-Joli Elementary School Address: 200 Rue de Neuville en Ferrain, Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines, QC The Center de services scolaire des Mille-Iles, owner, is requesting bids for the replacement of the sports floor covering, the painting of walls, partitions, doors, frames, the addition of acoustic panels and the replacement of appliances. lighting in the gymnasium as well as the addition of a hutch and painting in the common areas. SUBMISSION GUARANTEE: All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee representing 10% of the total amount of the tender excluding all applicable taxes, in the form of a certified cheque, bank draft, irrevocable letter of guarantee or tender bond, valid for a period of forty-five (45) calendar days following the date of opening of tenders, issued by a financial institution that is an insurer holding a license issued in accordance with the Insurance Act (RSQ, c. A-32) l authorizing the practice of suretyship insurance, a trust company holding a license issued under the Act respecting trust companies and savings companies (RSQ, c. S-29.01), a financial services cooperative targeted by theAn Act respecting financial services cooperatives (RSQ, c. C-67.3) or a bank within the meaning of the Bank Act (SC, 1991, c. 46), failing which the tender will be automatically rejected.
