The Coastal Water Authority is requesting bids for teh Luce Bayou Interbasin Transfer Project Equipment Purchase #10 - Horizontal Dredge. This project is contingent upon release of funds from the Texas Water Development Board. Any contract or contracts awarded under this Invitation for Bids is/are expected to be funded in part by a loan or grant fromt eh Texas Water Development Board. Neither the State of Texas , nor any iof its departments, agencies, or employees are or will be a party to the Invitation for bids or any resulting contract. The Authority also reserves the right to waive any technicalities or formalities in bids or the Bid Documents in the best interest of the Authority
