The Coastal Water Authority is requesting bids for teh Luce Bayou Interbasin Transfer Project Equipment Purchase #10 - Horizontal Dredge. This project is contingent upon release of funds from the Texas Water Development Board. Any contract or contracts awarded under this Invitation for Bids is/are expected to be funded in part by a loan or grant fromt eh Texas Water Development Board. Neither the State of Texas , nor any iof its departments, agencies, or employees are or will be a party to the Invitation for bids or any resulting contract.
