Project Identification: Project consists of crack sealing, base repair, and microsurfacing. 1. Project location: Various Roads within the Township as shown on the attached map. Bonnywick Drive: Red Top Road to Bonnywick Drive Hillymede Road: Red Top Road to Paving Notch Eastfield Road: Red Top Road to Thistledown Drive Eastfield Road: Thistledown Drive to Hillymede Road Thistledown Drive: Eastfield Road to Cul-de-sac Overview Drive: Pine Hill Road to Pleasant View Road This project shall include furnishing all labor, equipment, material, and appurtenances to complete all work in accordance with the Contract Documents. The work will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following, as identically numbered in the UNIT PRICE SCHEDULE: 1. Mobilization/Demobilization, including bonds and insurances (1 LS) 2. Traffic Control (1 LS) 3. Base Repair, Sawcut, excavate 4" depth, remove material, place 4" depth, Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design Binder Course, 25 mm, PG 64S-22, 0.3to 3 million ESALs, complete in place (50 SY) 4. Polymer-Modified Emulsified Asphalt, Type A, Double Application, complete in place (50,755 SY) 5. Rubberized Crack Seal, complete in place (6,750 LBS) 6. Double yellow painted lines, 4" line width, complete in place (9,885 LF) 7. Single white painted lines, 4" line width, complete in place (19,770 LF) 8. Thermoplastic White Stop Bar, 24" line width, complete in place (60 LF) A certified check or bid bond for the amount of 10 percent of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
