Site work and addition to a water / sewer project in Bloomington, Wisconsin. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the addition of a water / sewer project.

**As of March 31, 2022, bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the Bidder as soon as the contract is signed. If after 15 days the Bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the OWNER as liquidated damages. BIDDER is required to deliver the original certified check, bank money order, or bid bond within 72 hours of bid opening to Delta 3 Engineering, Inc., Attn: Ms. Jamie Marcue, 875 S. Chestnut Street, Platteville, Wisconsin 53818. Bids may not be withdrawn within 90 days after the date of the bid opening. The OWNER reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of any item or portion of the work, or to omit portions of the work, as may be deemed necessary by the OWNER, and the same shall in no way affect or make void the contract, except that additions to, or deductions from, the contract price will be appropriately made. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids, or any part of a bid, and to award the Contract to the Bidder, who in the judgment of the OWNER, will best serve the interest of the OWNER. The Project consists of construction of a Chemical Building Addition, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, site restoration, and all associated equipment and appurtenances at the Wastewater Treatment Facility site. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. he letting of the work described herein is subject to the provisions of Sections 61.54, 62.15, 66.0901, and 66.0903(1m) of the Wisconsin Statutes. There are no prevailing wage rates for this Project. The Village of Bloomington encourages Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBE's), Women's Business Enterprises (WBE's), Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE's), and Small Businesses in Rural Areas (SBRA's) to submit bids. A municipality, in awarding prime contracts, and primary contractor, in awarding subcontractors, are required to make a good faith effort to achieve a combined minimum goal of participation for MBE/WBE utilization in accordance with s.NR 162.09(3), Wis. Admin. Code. If a subcontractor awards subcontracts, these requirements shall apply to the subcontractor. Published by the authority of the Village Board. The Work will be substantially completed on or before September 23, 2022, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before September 30, 2022. The Work shall be continuous and uninterrupted. Work of the Project includes construction of a Chemical Building Addition, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, site restoration, and all associated equipment and appurtenances at the Wastewater Treatment Facility site. Location: 1) Bloomington Wastewater Treatment Facility at 105 STH '35', Bloomington, WI 53804. b. Description of Work to be completed: Chemical Addition Construction. 1) Completion of Proposed Chemical Addition generally comprises, but is not limited to, the following: a) Installation and maintenance of erosion control measures. b) Installation and maintenance of traffic control. c) Building excavation. d) Installation of process piping and appurtenances. e) Concrete footings and foundation. f) Concrete flatwork and stoop. g) Framing and sheathing. h) Insulation. i) Gutters and downspouts. j) Interior and exterior lighting. k) Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) l) Electrical. m) Pipe supports and anchors. n) Plumbing and fixtures. o) Steel and FRP doors and frames. p) Painting. q) All interior and exterior finishes. r) Installation of chemical storage tank supplied by owner. s) Pipe bollard. t) Driveway/Parking lot (if disturbed): (1) Excavation of parking lot, sidewalks, driveways, etc. (2) Installation of subgrade reinforcement. (3) Installation of select crushed material. (4) Installation of crushed aggregate base course. (5) Installation of hot mix asphalt pavement. u) Installation of concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, and driveways (if disturbed). v) Sitework, grading, landscaping and restoration. w) The necessary machinery, equipment, tools, materials, labor, and all construction means and methods to complete the Proposed Chemical Addition in place and ready for use.
