The work to be done consists of the furnishing of all materials, labor, and equipment for the complete construction of the Arnold Mill Road Streetscape Improvements Project, hereinafter referred to as the "PROJECT", including, but not limited to, erosion control, maintenance of traffic, paving, grading, excavation, subgrade preparation, drainage construction, wall construction, concrete surface course, sidewalks, pavement marking, grassing, and hardscape/landscape items at locations indicated in the plan set.
