Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Stockbridge, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of the resurfacing of Paramount Drive in the Village of Stockbridge. The resurfacing work includes but is not limited to 3,420 SY of full depth pavement milling, 3,295 SY of pavement milling to a depth of 2-inches, 100 tons of 3/4-inch aggregate base course shoulders, 430 tons of HMA binder course, 720 tons of HMA surface course, grading, spot curb and gutter replacement, and related items. This project is funded in part by financial assistance from the Local Roads Improvement Program (LRIP). Est.
