Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Port Perry, Ontario. Working plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Replacement of the Water Street Sanitary Sewage Pumping Station, Township of Scugog. Construction of a new wet well type sanitary sewage pumping station. The new station would extend the existing gravity sewer main from the existing station to the new station site and connect new twinned 400mm diameter force mains to the existing force mains located on Old Rail Lane. The new station was being designed with approximately one hour of emergency sanitary sewer storage capacity to limit future overflows. TIMELINE: A prequalification for general contractors has been issued under a separate report. Only contractors prequalified under RFPQ-1068-2026 will be invited to bid on the future tender. Tender release expected in 2027.
