Mobilize and comply with all current OSHA requirements. o Protect the premises from falling debris. o Contractor shall use DaVinci Synthetic Slate products. o Remove and dispose completely all existing slate tiles, underlayment, and all associated sheet metal flashings to expose the underlying plywood roof deck. To include the TPO on the ledge of the historic section. o Inspect the plywood roof deck for damage and replace any needed plywood as an extra rate per square foot. o Install Carlisle Wip - 300 self-adhering Hi-Temp Ice and Water Shield to the roof deck. o Install new F4.5 copper drip edge to the eaves and rakes of the roof. o Install DaVinci starter shingles to the eaves. o Install DaVinci multi-width slate shingle using two (2) stainless steel nails per shingle. o Install GAF snow country shingle over ridge vent. o Install DaVinci 7 inch prepackaged cap slate shingles to all hips and ridge. o Install new lifetime warranty vent pipe flashing. o All DaVinci materials shall be Smokey Gray in color. o Magnet - sweep the grounds daily TPO Roof Recovery o Mobilize and comply with all current OSHA regulations. o Protect the premises from falling debris. o Contractor shall use Firestone Building Products. o Perform and infrared scan of the entire roof surface. Any deteriorated insulation and decking shall be replaced as an extra to the contract at a rate per square foot. If the decking is sound but the insulation is saturated, the insulation shall be replaced at a rate per square foot. o Over the existing TPO roof, install a 1/2 " ISO GUARD cover board. The cover board shall be mechanically fasted to the deck. o Install 1/2 " crickets where needed to promote positive drainage. o Over the cover board, install a self - adhered white .60 TPO membrane roofing system. o Flash the parapet walls up and over with .045 TPO using LVOC bonding adhesive in accordance with the manufacture's specifications. o Flash the penetrations in accordance with the manufacture's specifications. o Fabricate and install new .032 Kynar finished aluminum gravel stop/drip edge with a continuous front cleat to the parapet walls. Color shall match new roof. o All debris from project shall be cleaned -up and removed from the premises as the work progresses and or prior to any weather related event. Gutter and Downspout Replacements o Mobilize and Comply with all current OSHA regulations. o Protect the premises from falling debris. o Remove and dispose existing gutters and downspouts. o Install new 6" inch copper half round gutters and 4" inch round downspouts to the building and towers. o Install all accessories where needed. o Contractor shall install gutters, downspouts, and accessories to the structure in a way that the weight of snow and ice will not cause damage to the building, gutters, downspouts, and accessories. o Any needed lifts for this project shall be incidental to the cost of this project. o All debris from project shall be cleaned -up and removed from the premises as the work progresses and or prior to any weather related event.
