This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W8160-200059/A. Dated September 15, 2021 with a closing of October 1, 2021 at 14:00 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. 1. The Department of National Defense (DND), Canadian Forces College (CFC) requires, supply, delivery, removal of current blinds, and installation and disposal of packing delivery material for 105 Roller - Blackout Shades, 105 Roller - Screen Shades, and associated hardware to replace the window blinds at the CFC campus residence. 2. It is intended to issue one Contract. 3. All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31, 2022. 4. There is no security requirement applicable to the Contract. 5. The bidder must demonstrate that they meet every mandatory evaluation criteria in their bid by submitting supporting documentation. Failure to provide supporting documentation by bid closing date will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. 6. Please refer to Part 4, article 4.1.1 Technical Evaluation for the mandatory evaluation criteria. 7. A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. 8. The Bidder must submit pricing in accordance with Annex B - Basis of Payment, in Canadian Funds.
