Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Wolfville, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 646-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Town of Wolfville (TOW) invites Proponents to submit a proposal for design and construction of the new Welcome Centre project, located at 11 Willow Ave Wolfville, Nova Scotia. The selected Proponent will design and build the new Welcome Centre with all land improvements included with a substantial completion date of June 28, 2024. The estimated footprint of the new facility is 60 m2 of heated space with an additional covered area of approximately 55 m2.
