Renovation of a stadium in Penetanguishene, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The Town of Penetanguishene Recreation and Community Services Department is seeking a proposals from qualified contractors to repair two (2) separate sections of the roof on the Penetanguishene Memorial Community Centre. From qualified roofing contractors to complete maintenance on two (2) separate roof systems at the Penetanguishene Memorial Community Centre. The roof systems involved are a flat roof style which will require a full removal and replacement. The other roof system is a sloped Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roof system that covers the arena portion of the facility. The sloped TPO roof system will require an overlay to prolong the useful life of the roof system.
