NSLI is seeking the services of a Consultant with experienced and qualified site professionals, senior environmental experts, and field personnel to conduct an environmental investigation of the former Mooseland Mine Site (3630 Mooseland Rd., Head of Chezzetcook, NS) in order to provide a Phase I/II ESA report. The Consultant will be required to closely adhere to the Nova Scotia Contaminated Site Regulations Ministerial Protocols for Phase I and II ESAs, and will conduct the Phase I/II ESA as per the Canadian Standards Associated (CSA) Phase I ESA Z768-01 and Phase II ESA Z769-00 Standards. The purpose of the Phase I/II ESA is to identify and delineate environmental contamination at the former Mooseland Mine Site that may have resulted from historical mining activities on and adjacent to the subject property, to identify any issues that may represent materially significant environmental risks or liabilities, and to produce a recommendation for remediation.
