The Inspection Department reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received, and to accept any proposal which it deems most favorable. The City of Weirton is a Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity City, and a minority and women sbusiness and Section 3 supporters. Contractors Responsibility - Provide all materials, labor and equipment necessary to complete the demolition. - Pay all fee(s) required for the proper disposal of the debris. - Maintain and/or obtain all permit(s) and license(s) for the demolition. - Ensure all utility service(s) are properly disconnected from the site. - After the removal of the structure, ensure the site is backfilled to a level plane (existing grade), seeded, and straw placed to protect the seed. - Provide erosion controls. - Abide by all other terms of the contract
