Site work and new construction of a parking garage in Manassas, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
SCOPE OF WORK: The Work generally consists of demolition of an existing single-story masonry building (Building #15), slab, etc. and site preparation for the new construction of an approximately 8,424SF steel and masonry vehicle maintenance garage facility with associated spaces. Relocation of existing vehicle maintenance equipment is required as well as installation of new equipment. Improvements to the facade of existing Building #14 is included in this Contract Scope. All work is to be phased to maintain vehicle maintenance operations. Responsibility for maintenance of all existing erosion control devices, if provided under a separate contract, is included.
