Site work for a water / sewer project in Coquitlam, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work includes, but is not limited to, provision of all labour, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and incidentals necessary for the installation of a 220ft. – 10” or 12” diameter water supply well in the central portion of the Coquitlam’s Town Centre Park. The diameter of the well will be determined based on quotations received and the overall best value for the City. Contractor to assume a 12ft. 100 slot SS screen with K-packer assembly. The water supply well is estimated to yield 400-500 USGPM. The Contractor is to include 16 hours of development time in the quote, and supply of a settling tank to collect development water before discharge to storm sewer. The Contractor is to provide the equipment needed to estimate well yield during development to help with sizing the pump for the pumping test (i.e., flow meter setup) Documents can be obtained from https://www.coquitlam.ca/Bid-Opportunities
