The Village of Odessa is requesting quotations for the supply and installation of plumbing and mechanical for a new community hall in Odessa, SK. The entire project itself contains multiple tenders and vendors are encouraged to bid on any and/or all quotations available for this project. The Village of Odessa is constructing a new community hall in Odessa, SK to replace the old and failing hall. The old hall is to be demolished in February 2022, and the existing site will be made ready for foundation by May 2022. Certain scopes of the new build will be completed by bid tenders while other scopes will be facilitated by the Village. Each tender has an expected timeline however due to current and predicted future circumstances, this may be subject to change. ·1 Supply materials and install of all rough-in under-slab plumbing as per plans. - Includes all drain lines and rough in locations throughout, including cleanouts, drains and all other plumbing specialties. - Include all water supply lines throughout, - Include all equipment required as per drawings. - Finishing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, urinals and kitchen cleaning equipment NOT IN SCOPE. All lines to be taken to rough-in stage. ·2 Supply materials and install all mechanical ventilation, ducting, and equipment as per plans. - Includes all RTU equipment and ducting for ventilation as per layout. - Includes kitchen exhaust equipment, gas makeup unit, grease interceptors, etc. - All diffusers, grills, thermostats and other equipment noted in plans. - All gas line runs and connections. - All electric baseboard heaters. · Fire suppression equipment such as extinguishers to be included in this quote. ·3 Service connections will be brought into the building by the Village. ·4 All materials required for construction to be provided by the bidder, unless otherwise requested by the Village. ·5 Any other miscellaneous detailing noted on the drawings regarding mechanical and plumbing.
