his project includes the removal of approximately 390 square feet of mirror, 3,500 linear feet of cream, white, and tan pipe insulation mastic on HVAC piping located above the ceiling system throughout, 50-100 fittings of cream pipe insulation mastic on skim coat insulation cement on pipe fitting insulation on HVAC pipe fittings located in areas throughout, 50-100 fittings of pipe insulation cement in areas throughout and possibly below floor 1, 50,500 square feet of exterior tan plaster on exterior walls and at windows, 2,000 linear feet of black mastic on fiberglass duct insulation above the ceiling system throughout, 60,000 square feet of joint compound associated with sheetrock walls and ceilings throughout, 250 square feet of transite paneling on fume hoods, 2,500 square feet of laboratory table tops, 4,000 linear feet of grey window caulk inside and outside of the windows, and 15 linear feet of cloth gasket on fume hood blower motors.
