Replace rooftop exhaust fans per drawing reusing existing roof curbs and electrical supply. Estimated Cost Range: $72,000 - $132,000 Liquidated Damages: $500/day *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Completion of Work: Subject to change by Owner, Work is scheduled to begin on "March 17, 2022" and shall be fully complete by "September 30, 2022". Special Licenses: Test and Balance (TAB) of each exhaust fan circuit per Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements for fume hoods. Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Contractor's Pollution Liability, and Workers' Compensation Insurance will be required. Builders Risk Insurance will be required if the award amount equals or exceeds $100,000. Please refer to the TEMPLATE-Owner-Contractor Construction Agreement on the Attachments tab for limits and additional information. Special Considerations: Coordination with UNR Construction Manager and building research department to confirm shutdown and downtime. Rooftop work on single-ply roof membrane. Contractor responsible for repairing any roof membrane that is damaged during construction. Approved roofing company must be used for repairs to single-ply membrane. Curb flashing to be replaced.
