Site work and paving for a civil project in McFarland, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and for paving for a road / highway.
Contact A- 2022 Terminal Drive Reconstruction consists of the following approximate quantities: 4,100 lineal feet new 30-inch curb & gutter, 1,500 lineal feet new 12-inch RCP storm sewer, 400 lineal feet new 18-inch storm sewer, 200 lineal feet new 24-inch storm sewer, 700 tons 1.5-inch surface course asphalt paving, 1,400 tons 3-inch binder course asphalt paving, 2,200 square yards 10-foot wide asphalt path paving, and 800 lineal feet 8-inch sanitary sewer lining. The quantities and the main sizes are subject to change without notice prior to document distribution. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the Village of McFarland for this work 5 days prior to the bid deadline in accordance with Section 66.0903 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Bidders must complete the Village's recently adopted Affidavit of Qualifications and submit with the pre-qualification form. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bidders must be experienced in municipal pipeline construction. The Village of McFarland reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in any bid.
