159 FW is contemplating a Firm Fixed Price solicitation/contract for the purchase and installation of PA system equipment at the 236 CBCS, Hammond, LA as specified in tthe attached SOO. 159 FW is looking for companies with the capability and capacity to perform this service. Provide, unless otherwise noted, and install the following brand new, not used or refurbished audio system equipment IAW with below requirements and equipment list. Building 1 & 3 4 new speakers on building 1 (30 watts) 3 new Speakers to inside of building 3 (15 watts) New Amp to push the outdoor speakers on buildings 1 and 3 ID all existing outdoor speaker wire runs and disable and isolate Run and label all new cable for all outdoor speakers on 1 and 3 Install new amplifier in the IT closet for all outdoor speakers in 1 and 3 (165 watts) Pull speaker wire from 1 to 3 using conduit near fiber run Building 2 & 7 Building 2 both shops will use existing speakers All speakers in building 2 need new cabling Install 2 new and 1 existing speaker in building 7 Rewire 66 block between 2 and 7 to get audio out to building 7 Existing PA305 will run the speakers at building 7 (90 watts) New amp will run all the speakers at building 2 (352 watts) Building 6 & 9 Move 2 existing big horns to outside corners of building 6 Use 2 existing OFE SPC 15T speakers inside warehouse area of building 6 Repatch building 9 to 66 block 2 speakers total, 1 inside and 1outside Repatch amp to 66 block in building 6 Use existing amp in this space to power the 11 ceiling speakers (44 watts) Use the new amp to power the outside speakers in 6 and 9 (90watts) Install 11 new speakers inside the office spaces and hall in building 6 Separate the existing hall speakers in building 6
