AMENDMENT TO ADD FLOORING PHOTOS AND EXTEND POSTING CLOSING DATE TO 02/22/2022 5PM MST This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 238330. The small business size standard is $16.5M. Place of performance: NOAA NWS, 20 S Vermillion Ave, Brownsville, TX 78521 Period of Performance shall be: 120 days after award This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services: Raised Flooring Replacement Description of requirements is as follows: Please refer to the attached Statement of Work for full technical specifications/requirements. See attached full Combined Synopsis with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award. Vendors must provide their Will or Will Not and Does or Does Not Statement per FAR Provision 52.204-24 which goes with FAR Clause 52.204-25. At a minimum, all quotes should include contact information and DUNS number. OFFERORS MUST SUBMIT ALL QUESTIONS CONCERNING THIS SOLICITATION IN WRITING TO MICHELLE.WALTON@NOAA.GOV. QUESTIONS SHOULD BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 12:00 P.M. MDT/MST, 02/10/2022. Any responses to questions will be made in writing, without identification of the questioner, and will be included in an amendment to the solicitation. Even if provided in other form, only the question responses included in the amendment to the solicitation will govern performance of the contract. Removal and replacement of approximately 2,360 sq. ft existing access floor tiles, inspection of existing pedestals and replacement or repair if needed. The SRHQ and WFO staff would like to correct this problem with the least disruption to forecast operations, in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible.
