In general, the work consists in the supply and installation of approximately 1.2km of new water distribution piping, new sanitary sewage collection piping, the construction of 2 new sewage pumping stations and the replacement of a roadway brook crossing culvert. Tender documents may be obtained only at the office of Boissonnault McGraw, 334 Dover Street, Campbellton, NB E3N 3M6, Tel.: (506) 789-1225 upon depositing the sum on hundred and fifty ($150.00) HST included, per tender set in the form of a CERTIFIED CHEQUE or CASH payable to BOISSONNAULT McGRAW. Cost of tendering documents is nonrefundable. Bid documents will be on display at the offices of BoissonnaultMcGraw, Village of Balmoral and at the Construction Association Offices of Moncton, Fredericton and Saint-John. Only Bidders who have obtained the Tender Documents directly from BoissonnaultMcGraw shall be eligible to submit a tender for this project. Tenders must be accompanied by the required amount of Security Deposit in the form of Surety (Bid) Bond in the amount of ten per cent (10%) of bid amount. Surety (Bid Bond) shall be made payable to the Village of Balmoral. This project is being implemented pursuant to the Integrated Bilateral Agreement (for Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program) Canada - New Brunswick and will be financed in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement.
