Remodeling of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Hersey, Michigan. Conceptual plans call for the remodel of a 10,000-square-foot elderly care / assisted living facility.
Osceola County is requesting that qualified consultants submit a proposal to complete a feasibility study to remodel a 10,000 square foot building located at 215 S. Division, Hersey, MI 49639 for the purpose of a Commission on Aging Senior Center and Kitchen. The awarded consultant will be expected to work with the County Coordinator and Commission on Aging Director. Please direct procedural questions regarding this R.F.P. to Tim Ladd, County Coordinator, at (231) 832-6196 or tladd@osceola-county.org Osceola County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received in whole or in part, and to waive or not waive informalities or irregularities in the proposals or procedures and to accept or further negotiate costs, terms, or conditions of any proposal determined by the County to be in the best interest of the County, even though it is not the lowest priced proposal as a result of this R.F.P. Nothing in this document shall require the County to proceed with construction consulting services. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time As of February 8, 2022, the due date and time has been confirmed with the owner.
