Work in this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: Restoration of the existing membrane roofing system with a new fluid-applied roofing system. Replacement of existing roofing system down to the existing concrete roof deck at locations where insulation is wet/saturated. Masonry repairs and restoration. New aluminum roof access ladders. New skylights on existing curbs. The work of the project is to bid as single trade prime construction contract in Buffalo, New York. All corresponding firms must demonstrate experience in the completion of similar projects. One Contract will be awarded for the work of this project.
