Renovation of a residential development in Pasadena, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

This will include furnishing all labor, material and equipment, and performing all work necessary and incidental in accordance with the Scope of Work (SOW) and contract documents. In submitting a quote, each Bidder thereby agrees that, if awarded a contract, Bidder shall execute a standard agreement, a sample of which is attached to the RFQ package for reference. The LACDA shall not be obligated to facilitate an agreement between the homeowner and the contractor with any Bidder who refuses to execute said standard agreement. The LACDA reserves the right to reject any and all quotes. This RFQ is not a contract or commitment of any kind. The LACDA is not liable for costs incurred in the preparation of the respondents quote. It reserves the right to issue supplementary information or guidelines related to this RFQ. Insurances General Liability with Additional Insured Endorsement, shall include Completed Operations and be on a primary and non-contributory basis. ($2M aggregate; $1M each occurrence) Workers Compensation, shall be Statutory and include Employers Liability, and a waiver of subrogation. ($1,000,000) Automobile Insurance, coverage shall include owned, hired, non-owned, OR any auto. ($1M each incident) Pollution with Additional Insured Endorsement, shall include Completed Operations and be on a primary and non-contributory basis. ($500K aggregate; $250K each occurrence) Crime or CRIME BOND or FIDELITY BOND with Additional Insured Endorsement, must name the LACDA as Loss Payee OR provide copy of Client Coverage Endorsement - shall cover EMPLOYEE theft and/or forgery. ($50K each occurrence) Evidence of a valid B-1 General Contractors license. EPA Certification. (If applicable) SCE/SoCalGas Energy Upgrade California Participating Contractor. Contractor shall comply with Chapter 2.212 (COVID-19 Vaccinations of County Contactor Personnel) of Los Angeles County Code Title 2 - Administration, Division 4. Bidders are advised that this RFQ is an informal solicitation, and should not be construed as engaging in a formal competitive bidding pursuant to any statute, ordinance, rule or regulation. All quotes shall be labeled Quote for The Single Family Home Improvement Program RFQ No. LACDA22-015, 2/14/2022. Any Bidder who wishes his/her bid to be considered is responsible for making certain that it is received by the LACDA at the stated location and at the stated date and time. No oral, telephonic proposals, or modifications will be considered unless specified.
