The County of Riverside Department of Waste Resources (Department) is seeking proposals from parties qualified in performing geological and geotechnical services to develop a comprehensive geotechnical design report for the proposed Phase III landfill expansion at the Lamb Canyon Sanitary Landfill (LCL). Bidders must submit their questions electronically. Must be received in writing by: February 10, 2022 by 5:00 pm PST Responses to questions will be posted no later than February 17, 2022 Purpose: To obtain proposals from qualified geological and geotechnical Consultants to deliver the following desired services at the Lamb Canyon Landfill: Review Existing Geotechnical and Geologic Data; Perform Geologic Mapping; Conduct a Subsurface Field Investigation; Perform Laboratory Testing; Provide a Geotechnical Design Report; Conduct a Hydrogeologic Site Study. All Work shall be performed under the direct supervision of a California-registered Geotechnical Engineer (GE) or a California-registered Certified Engineering Geologist (CEG). The Consultant's proposed project team hierarchy along with team qualifications shall be submitted along with the Consultant's bid proposal. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
