Demolition, site work and addition to a clubhouse / community center in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the addition of a clubhouse / community center; for the demolition of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
All questions related to this RFQ are to be submitted via email to the CPD Procurement Unit at cpd.procurement@nycha.nyc.gov with the RFQ number as the Subject line by no later than 2:00 p.m. on February 25, 2022. Proposers will be permitted to ask additional questions at the Proposers Conference. Responses to all submitted questions will be available for public viewing in Sourcing under the RFQ. Days to Complete Work: 450 During roofing installation and as otherwise required the Contractor shall install 8 high sidewalk shed of 2 pipe sidewalk shed 6 wide and minimum 8 high, with wire mesh barrier and lights. Provide sidewalk sheds including all required lighting, grounding and wire mesh fencing and overhead 5/8 plywood. Perform daily inspection at the work site and confirm that all sidewalk shed are in safe condition and lighting is always functioning as required to ensure maximum safety and security. Repair and replace damaged sidewalk shed components as required.
