Renovation of a military facility in Monroe, Louisiana. Working plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
To replace one (1) existing Hot Water Heater with an Aereo Model # INN1060N GWWF-USA9SA Innovation 1060 water heater (see specifications below). Contractor must ensure that the replacement boiler only has minor adjustments to the plumbing, electrical, and exhaust for seamless installation and operation. Scope of Work Includes: Removal and disposal of existing boiler. Installation of new boiler on existing slab. Must be Aereo Water Heater # INN1060N GWWF-USA-9SA Innovation 1060 water heater, or equivalent. Replace old temperature sensor with a new sensor. Rework existing hydronic piping to connect with new inlet/outlet. Rework existing gas piping to reconnect to new boiler. Removal and disposal of existing vent stack. Install new poly vent and twenty-five (25) feet of Centrotherm poly vent stack. Provide required permits (Fire Marshal) for boiler installation. Factory start up. Project has been cancelled.
