As of June 13, 2022, project has not been awarded yet. Award will be made by County Commission at next regularly scheduled meeting following review of bid information and upon recommendation from Architect, however, the meeting has not been scheduled at this time. A letter from a bonding company must accompany each bid - stating that the bidder is capable of obtaining all P & P bonds required by the Construction Documents. The estimated project construction budget is $11,500,000.00 It is the intent of the Asotin County to review the bids and note the apparent low bidder. Owner reserves the right to review scope and contract with best responsive bidder. Asotin County is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer. Small - minority - women and veteran owned businesses are encouraged to submit bids. Bidders must have and be registered per RCW 18.27.020 - current UBI number on proposal - current Insurance including Workers Comp - Employment Security Department number - State Excise Tax Registration Number - and certification of RCW49.48.082. The above items are deemed responsive elements to bidding the project. The Asotin County Commission reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all Bids.
