Project No: 18051 IHL #210-248 Scope of work includes but is not limited to the following:removal of existing building materials and utilities; earthwork including backfill of existing research ponds; new structural steel building with a footprint of approx. 18,100 sq ft and overall area including mezzanines of approx 23,300 sq ft; CMU walls and cold formed steel studs; decorative masonry veneer and insulated metal panels; aluminum storefront; standing seam metal roofing; lab casework and equipment; MEP systems.
