This project consists of replacing windows on the north side of the Temple Terrace Library 202 Bullard Pwky, Temple Terrace, FL 33617 to include replacement of window panes with impact insulated storefront and impact insulated glass infill. The surety on such bond shall be a duly authorized surety company satisfactory to the Owner. The Contractor shall furnish a surety bond in an amount at least equal to 100 percent (100%) of the Contract price as security for the one year warranty period following acceptance of the project by the Owner. This bond may be incorporated in the Contract Bond or may be submitted as a separate warranty bond at the time of the request for final payment.
