The Town of Elkton is seeking a qualified contractor to construct Well House No. 4, which includes furnishing a submersible well pump with VFD, piping system, chemical system, instrumental and control system, HVAC system, electrical system, water main extension for connections to the water system and to the proposed South field Elevated Water Storage Tank (Water Tank Design-Build by others) on the same property, overall site improvements, and all appurtenances and incidental items associated with the construction of the well house to be complete and in place. The contractor will be required to deliver all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and other necessary resources to safely and successfully complete all work described in the conditions and specifications for this project. All work must be completed within Two Hundred and Forty (240) consecutive days of the Notice to Proceed date.
