Cascade Junior High Seismic Upgrades - Roofing We are an equal opportunity employer & request bids from all. Construction is expected to start in June 2022. See drawing package for bid breakout items and location. - Provide pricing for complete roofing system per specifications. - Provide and install any and all underlayments, flashings, copings, crickets, etc. as required for a complete waterproof roofing system. - Provide and install substrate board and insulation where required. - Provide everything necessary to obtain the warranty specified in the project specifications for each roofing system. - Provide any hoisting necessary to stock the roofs. - Provide all safety equipment and a safety plan for installing the roofing system per OR-OSHA. - Provide pricing for installation of new gutters and downspouts at eaves of new roof areas. - There will be a non-mandatory site visit on 2/8/2022 starting at 3:30PM. Potential bidders are highly encouraged to attend this site visit to review existing conditions.
