Renovation of a retail development in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.

Only bidders prequalified pursuant to RFPA 2019-001 and who are currently on the active prequalification list will be permitted to submit a bid. The one (1) successful Bidder selected for this RFT from the prequalified roofing contractors list, shall meet the following requirements: - The successful Bidder must be COR certified. - Provide proof of insurance for $25,000,000.00 for Course of Construction Property (All Builders Risk) insurance and $10,000,000 for Commercial General Liability insurance as more particularly described in the Addendum to the Supplementary Conditions. - Provide the scope of work outlined in this RFT without any subcontractors. The scope of work for Option 1 to be completed by the successful Bidder, includes a stipulated price for a full roof replacement that consists of Areas 300A and 400A (approximately 33,616 square feet) and as further outlined within the drawings and specifications of the bid document. The scope of work for Option 2 to be completed by the successful Bidder includes a stipulated price for localized roof replacement in Areas 100, 300B, 500 and 600 and as further outlined within the drawings and specifications of the bid document. The localized areas are approximately: .1 Ridging 656' .2 Flashing 394' .3 Blisters 64 square feet The scope of work for Option 3 to be completed by the successful Bidder includes a Total Stipulated price for Options 1 and 2 combined. Option 3 shall include Economies of Scale Pricing. Questions Deadline: February 17, 2022 at 4:00 pm
