DBE Participation Goal is 10.04% This is a federally funded project. All work under this contract shall comply with all relative Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Requirements. Please refer to section 00 74 02 FAA SPECIAL PROVISIONS in the Specifications. Base Bid of the project includes: o Renovations to 1st and 2nd floor public restrooms in the non-sterile area (including wayfinding signage) of the Terminal Building. o Renovations to 2nd floor public restroom in sterile area and abandoned room #2068 for Service Animal Relief Area and Nursing Room (Including wayfinding signage) o Recover of external Mod Bit roof sections, including comprehensive base flashing replacement, certification of lightning protection, added insulation and appurtenances, and clerestory stucco coating o Replacement of existing exterior curtain wet glazing and window perimeter seals o Replacement of Building Energy Management System (EMS) o Replacement of existing Cooling Towers o Replacement of fire alarm control panel o Improvement to west side electrical generator and switch gear o Installation of five dual-port Level 2 Electric Vehicle Charging Stations o Construction of outdoor patio Additive Alternate works includes: o Provide phenolic toilet partition and urinal screen o Improvements to curbside security o Recover of PVC roof including gutter o Construction of 2nd Floor Outdoor Patio Bidders are advised to refer to Request for Bids Section 5 of the bidding documents for a list of required bid submittals.
