Description

Demolition and site work for a residential development in Greenwood, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

The City of Greenwood has received CDBG funding from the SC Department of Commerce to demolish 10 vacant, dilapidated houses, and clearance of lots and removal of trees and overgrowth in a neighborhood just off Edgefield Street. The houses average less than 1,500 square feet, and are in a concentrated area within the city. They are located at 101 & 105 Park Alley, 405 & 409 Park Ave, 347 & 353 Washington Ave, and 610, 612, 620, & 700 Owens St. The owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities, or to reject any or all bids. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
